Can I book just once?＋
Yes. Choose “Just once” and pay for that one visit. There is no recurring commitment.
Can I choose two visits in four weeks?＋
Yes. Choose “Twice in 4 weeks.” The visits are about two weeks apart and you fund only the first visit today.
How does once-a-week payment work?＋
Your four-week schedule holds four visits, but you fund only the next visit. We remind you before later visits and never dispatch an unfunded one.
What does general cleaning include?＋
Every declared interior room gets reachable-surface dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms/toilets, guest toilets, kitchen surfaces, dishwashing and light tidying. The quote separately labels paid washing, ironing, organization or errand add-ons.
What can be ironed?＋
Choose everyday ironing in groups of five, from 5 to 40 dry, care-labelled garments. Fewer than five uses the first five-piece block; more than 40 needs a separately scheduled request. Suits, agbada, lace, silk, beads, sequins, prints, damaged and special-care items are excluded.
Does light tidying mean you will reorganize my room?＋
No. We leave ordinary visible items neat within the same room without changing your setup. We do not redesign layouts, sort cupboards or wardrobes, make decluttering decisions, move belongings between rooms, or move heavy furniture and appliances.
How do I count a BQ?＋
Add each BQ space to the matching total. A home with two main bedrooms and one BQ bedroom has three bedrooms. Add any BQ bathroom, kitchen or other room to its matching counter too.
Who has the start PIN?＋
The homeowner or authorized household contact. Share it only after your HomeCare Pro arrives and you confirm their identity and the agreed scope.
Do I provide cleaning products?＋
Yes. You provide suitable products, water, electricity and functional equipment for the booked work.
Can I change the date whenever I want?＋
You can choose another available HomeCare time. We show only dates with team capacity and enough travel time.
What if booked work is missed?＋
Report it from the completed visit within 24 hours. We review the saved scope and evidence. If a re-clean is approved, you choose from available return slots within 48 hours.
Is tipping required?＋
No. You can rate the visit with or without adding a tip. Any tip goes directly to your HomeCare Pro.
