Travel is included

• The displayed cleaning price already includes travel for every covered address.
• There is no separate central, city or outer travel surcharge on a customer quote.
• The saved address and map pin are still required to confirm that HomeCare can serve the property and schedule enough travel time.
• Locations outside active pilot coverage are not bookable but may join the area waitlist.

How internal bands are assigned

HomeCare uses the saved address, map pin, road distance and expected drive time from an active HomeCare Pro cluster to manage availability, dispatch and HomeCare Pro allowances. These internal bands do not change the customer’s displayed cleaning price.

HomeCare Pro travel

• Travel reimbursement is separate from assignment earnings.
• Current travel allowances for each HomeCare Pro are ₦3,000 central, ₦4,000 city and ₦5,000 outer.
• When a customer cancels after dispatch or cannot provide access, the HomeCare Pro receives the applicable travel amount and turnout compensation under the cancellation policy.
