๐ Visit Brief
The scope, supplies, arrival, start PIN, onsite changes, mismatch and no-access rules saved with every visit.
Before dispatch
- The visit must have sufficient reserved funds.
- Set out suitable cleaning products, cloths or sponges, rubbish bags and working equipment such as a broom or vacuum, mop and bucket.
- Make sure water and electricity are available, put out fresh bed linen if it should be changed, and secure pets and valuables.
- Tell the gate or household who is coming and ensure an adult or authorized contact can provide access and approve the start.
- The property, all main-home and BQ rooms, highest floor to clean, address, access notes, supplies and safety declarations must be current. Floor numbering is 0 for Ground, 1 for First, 2 for Second and so on.
- Clothes washing or ironing proceeds only when its paid add-on appears in the saved itemized price. Ironing also requires eligible dry, care-labelled pieces and safe customer equipment.
- Unfunded visits pause before assignment or dispatch.
Arrival and start
- The HomeCare Pro confirms arrival with the required time and location evidence.
- The customer receives an arrival alert and compares the person with the verified profile.
- The assigned HomeCare Pro may use the customer phone number for directions and access during the active visit, but must not save or reuse it for direct work.
- The homeowner or authorized household contact holds the one-time PIN.
- PIN approval changes the visit to in progress and captures the reserved service charge. HomeCare Pro confirmation alone cannot charge it.
- Neither person may secretly record conversations inside the home.
Mismatch and changes
If the property does not match the booked rooms, condition or access, work does not begin. Operations offers a revised quote, documented reduced scope or cancellation. Onsite add-ons use the same customer-approval and sufficient-balance rule.
Completion
The HomeCare Pro completes the room and paid-add-on checklist and required evidence. The customer can rate the service, add a tip, set the HomeCare Pro as a future preference, or report missed booked work within 24 hours. Approved re-clean slots are selected from HomeCare availability within the next 48 hours.
